Mirror is in. I bought an MDX mirror instead of an Accord mirror. I'm guessing they are the same part number, but I didn't verify that. I had no issues getting the clips engaged on mine. My biggest issue was getting to the grounding screw for the wiring harness. Pretty tight quarters under there. The whole install including programming the mirror took around an hour. I'm glad to no longer have the old fashioned visor clip for my garage doors. Can't comment on the auto dim because I haven't driven it at night yet.
