Hello guys! Just got done powder coating my stock wheels Bronze Chrome with a satin finish. Hope this helps anyone looking to do it aswell. If you’re in Miami, the shop that did this for me was Wheels Doctor!

Hi, I see that it has now been a couple years + since you got your wheels powder coated. I'm interested in a Longevity Update!

1.) Amount of time wheels have been on the car?
2.) Number of miles on the wheels since being powder coated?
3.) Any change in tire? Did you put OEM Plus size 275/35 ZR19 (A.K.A. "Correct") size tires in order to better protect the wheels from bumps / potholes / road debris, or have you kept the OEM Reggie 265/30 ZR19 (A.K.A. "Nails on a Chalkboard") size tires?
4.) Share any "white knuckle" close call stories you have, which may describe how the OEM paint would have taken damage, but the powder coat held up to the potential damage from said event.

Also, would you please show us some close up photos of each wheel to show how well your powder coat has endured over last last 2+ years?
Pretty sure many of us would like to see that.

Cheers.

+1 here! I found someone local to me who will do this for my stock wheels and would love to see how it held up @Loulerg. 🤓

They held up great! Always keep the same OEM tire set up. I actually sold them not too long ago and are now being used by a second owner.
