My wife loved it. She named it. I paid for it… it’ll most likely go to her. I plan to snag a black revised R for myself.

From afar, I adored the red ones. I was never keen on purchasing one. I was mid hunt for black (at or below MSRP; but, had no dice in socal), when my wife sends me this picture. It was two days of offer denials before I even considered this one.

Odd to me these smug salesman always laugh, as if it’s an implausible ask, yet it happens. Long story short, I hit it off with the GM and purchased this RR ‘26 CTR. We added the lifetime oil services, 8/120k, wheel tire, dent, key coverages and the rest was history.

Salesman sent these photos, asked if we wanted the plastics removed, window decals, front plate installed and car washed. We declined.

I recently purchased a 3D printer for unrelated purposes, but glad I did, came in handy. Thanks to the gracious community, I was able to print some rock guards. Learned a lot in the process.

I see. I wonder if that fact is influencing the current black pricing?! I hope Honda changes their stance on that. There are other colors they can bench.

I've grown so accustomed to broadway mirrors and/or wide angles, I chose to kill two birds, w/ one stone. I purchased a dash camera mirror. With simple spare parts, the mirror itself (if the need arose), could be moved easily from one vehicle to another. Attempting the install tomorrow.

Congrats. I don’t see too many red FL5s.

I vote NO on seat covers.

The seats are one of the FL5’s best features. If you must cover them, there are much better options that at least attempt to retain the OEM look/feel.
