I think I'll swap mine in the winter. I ran them last winter but had a few times where the pad stuck to the rotor. Only in winter though. They do grab quite a bit ?I found the lack of modulation on the road was enough for me to remove these. They are just always on and just stops too suddenly on the road
How was the wear with EBC NDX in the back and SR11 in the front? NDX has a higher Mu than SR11 right?I use them dual purpose I'll try to answer:
Rear pads I was running EBC blue, but those are backordered. I tried to order RP-1, also backordered. Currently on Dixcel Z type, which is a "dual purpose" pad. It's fine, the price was right.
Make sure to do fluid also. Castrol SRF![]()
I can answer this too cuz I ran the same. The wear was fine. But they wore down twice as fast as the SR11, maybe even more. This is a type R thing though unless you are doing the pedal dance. That said they lasted a good amount of time, I think I had like 2 track days and like 11 autox (lime rock auto X so you get insane amount of seat time, like 45min to an hour and I am not pedal dancing and on a short course with a lot of turns the car is using the rears to rotate and they still lasted a good amount)How was the wear with EBC NDX in the back and SR11 in the front? Thank you, how is the brake dust? I know with the DTC-60 if you don't clean it right away it will embed into a hard to remove mess.I can answer this too cuz I ran the same. The wear was fine.
