Maybe dihedral synchro-helix doors (Koenigsegg) and then reverse/suicide orientation for the rear doors.

Haven't seen these things since early 2000s hot import nights, import showoff, alongside underglow, 20" kicker subs, chrome taillights, and fuzzy dice.
