I'm about to get some 275/35/19 all seasons put on the stock wheels with 15mm spacers all around. I've got 5000 daily driving miles on the original tires so it was time for rotation anyway. Should I do an alignment afterwards?

You don’t need an alignment unless you are having improper wear especially with a car so new. If you want to do an alignment because you do autox/track pull the camber pins on the top of the struts for additional negative camber.

I would get an alignment just to have things dialed in.
These are the 2 exact conflicting thoughts going through my head. I think im going to do it since I'm changing the offset and tire size just to be safe. It might be unnecessary but I'm spending a lot on tires so might as well start them off on a good alignment.

For street driving is there anything special I should request for the alignment?

Ask them to pull the front camber pins and pull out the toe. From the factory I had a lot of toe. With a mild drop my shop was able to hit factory camber still with pins pulled. As a daily driver getting at least 1 alignment a year is good, I err on the side of bi-annually. After 6 months adjustments need to be made (in my experience)

I don't see how an alignment would be needed for tires and spacers.

Remember when alignment places offered unlimited alignments? I don't think I ever got my car aligned again after the first one.

If you didn’t modify the suspension it’s generally good

but if you want peace of mind cause new tires might as well
