and its totally fine to be slow in a fast car (hello!) but then just point people by, its not hard, look at your mirrors and let people through. It is funny that it is usually really fast cars though, corvettes being the main offenders lol

I agree that corvettes are usually the absolute worst when it comes to this. I've been there with a handful of mustangs too.

A NASA 2 day is $750. I'd sign up for the 3 day for 795!

I think they might be missing an option. The $500 is just for a single day. They need a Saturday and Sunday solo option, which will likely be the same price as the student pricing.

yeah that would make sense. I would totally sign up for $650 with instructor though if its the same price as no instructor if they can do intermediate group. I would never say no to a free instructor (specially first time there and at least for the first day), I will message them this weekend and see what they say.

I just talked to my buddy Chris. A NASA 2 day usually runs about $750. If you are a solo driver then I would definitely sign up for the 3 day drive! It's a steal of a deal for 3 track days as opposed to just 2. TSCC is a non-profit organization, and NASA is a for-profit organization, so your hard earned coin will always go further with TSCC.

Some of you that are going will need an instructor, but that doesn't mean that it's a waste of time to come on Friday! I am more than happy to take people out with me on Friday to get them oriented to the track, and I'm sure that I've got more than a few buddies that are willing to do the same!

It's a steal of a deal for 3 track days as opposed to just 2. TSCC is a non-profit organization, and NASA is a for-profit organization, so your hard earned coin will always go further with TSCC.

Opt for the Instructed then! Never hurts for a track that you are unfamiliar with! I'd sign up as a student myself if I was visiting a track that I wasn't familiar with!

yeah I will see what they say cuz maybe not enough instructors to have someone in intermediate or maybe they don't want that. I mean its $50, I can just sign for the 3 days and if I can come down thursday and do friday great, gives me the option. $750 for 3 days is a great deal, its a ton of track time (almost too much for me but can just go as much as I want which is awesome)

I usually never even stay for the open track session at the end when its a day that has 5 30 min sessions lol. Its a nice problem to have, so much track day that you can say I will sit this one out. I will sign up in the next few weeks likely
