What did you do to your FL5 today?

Tire shop scratched my wheels and paid to get them refinished. I decided to powder coat them gloss black and use the center caps from the FK8 to match. I like how it turned out.

started 2026 with the installation of the Wunderladen/Powerflex front control arm bushing the anti-lift kit. Not a fun experience or installation but got it done. And alignment.

I couldn’t stand my winter coat feathers all coming out and sticking to my armrest this winter so I got the matte carbon arm rest cover for the time being along with the carbon dash, Alcantara window switch covers & a few other little things for the interior

Don’t really want to blow $800-1200 on a legit lip yet and blow it to a thousand pieces. I saw they recently came out with these cheaper setups I can test out to see if something can even make it up my driveway so I snagged one to try out before fully committing. I’ll update once I get it and installed but will be a bit since it’s sitting until it’s warmer again.

Suspension feels tighter when taking turns and less wobbly, spring compression and rebound feels better and much more freely.

That was my goal also while not covering up the entire seat and when I want to take them off it’s simple. I didn’t want full seat covers that stay on all the time .
