What did you do to your FL5 today?

How is it? Is it heavier than stock? I thought about getting this for my S2000.

i havent thought about the weight at all. id say the feel is about the same. maybe a slight heavier feel when shifting on fl5. It looks great on the car but sometimes you touch the boot when you grab the shifter since its shorter so that can be annoying. on your s2k i think it'd be great. When i had mine i switched stock for a similar shift knob and loved it. they're pricey though. hope this helps.

How's the Mugen wheel? BlackHawk Japan?

Love the wheel! A little thicker than stock but the alcantara touches are pretty nice on the inner part of the wheel. I got it from a vendor from Australia. Blackhawk had too long of a backorder/waitlist for the wheel :/

It is thicker but IMO feels awesome to hold. The flat bottom was a bit weird at first when turning and grabbing that portion of the wheel but I don't even notice it anymore. I'll try to get a circumference measurement comparing the two.

Installed some new carbon fiber parts from Carbon Sixth Element. Simple installs and no complaints so far. When I purchased the cf spoiler from Honda, I did not consider the impact of finding similar parts. These are replacement parts, not stickers or layovers.

One of the first things we did to our new FL5 a couple weeks back. Didn't do this on our first one, could never really use +R in any situation. Now we can freely use any mode and not get bounced around - not phased with Swift Springs either.

Took mine to the dealer today since the replacement steering rack arrived after being backordered for a month. The original one was making audible knocking noise when the car is stationary while turning the steering wheel left and right.

I thought the subframe needs to be removed and required an alignment. Surprisingly, no alignment printout was provided.

The noise is gone after the replacement. I could be wrong, but the new rack feels like it has more center return force than the old one.
