Damn it...Why did I look at this thread. I have the OEM CF Spoiler and thought about upgrading to the J's Racing Dry Carbon GT Wing (I prefer it over other GT styles available). Seeing a PIC of it installed on an FL5 = Sold and order placed.

Speaking of wings...

HKS Swan-neck released today. I've pre-ordered 1x unit for our US inventory and will hold it there until sold. $3,995 is steep, but someone building the full HKS catalog FL5 (which we already have several customers doing with the rest of the HKS exterior kit) will more than likely want it

I ended up having to cancel my order for the J's Racing Dry Carbon GT Wing as it was not in stock and don't feel like waiting months on end only to later be surprised with additional tariff charges.

Dang, well the wait time was kind of expected to be honest with a brand new, relatively unknown part. Did you order it from a local seller or overseas?

I'm going to place an order with a supplier this week and fully expect the wait. Being behind the scenes, I can see how jammed up manufacturing is right now, honestly worse than the Covid era.

Now, just waiting desperately for the triple tip muffler. How is it going to be? That will probably be a contender once the information is posted here. But the wing looks that also doesn’t protrude on the side and huge, but like you say the price is steep. But willing to buy it if I don’t need to wait 15 years for the part after paying for it .

Did you reach out to any of the J's dealers? I know 2 of them that ordered a couple for stock but they might already be spoken for

I ordered through one of the US distributors but should have verified their inventory beforehand. As much as I like the wing, I’m not interested in paying full price while waiting for months to receive shipment. I miss the old JIT manufacturing days.

We all miss those days. This season has been more challenging than the Covid era, and behind the scenes all retailers, distributors, and manufacturers are having a hell of a time trying to constantly manage ETA’s that are like a moving target. We always encourage stock checks

Anyways, back to the topic. I found more pics of the customer car with the J’s Wing mounted. The Acess wing is 53” in between the end plates, so I’m going to guess that J’s is about 58”. I’ve emailed J’s Racing to confirm.

I also wanted to close the height gap visual from the back so an EVS or Max Orido duckbill is in consideration. At this point I’m just doing this for my own fun, we'll see if we get around to offering this later on
