My Rallye Red FL5 Build

Figured I'd post and share some images and specs of my FL5.

I bought it in early Feb 2023, and I've had the car for about a year.

AF front upper camber plates
Volk Racing TE37 SL 18x9.5 +38
Toyo R888R 275/35 tires
EVS Ti lugnuts
Hybrid Racing shifter
Hybrid Racing shifter cable bushings
Hybrid Racing Chicane shift knob
Hybrid Racing Alcantara shift boot

MOMO Monte Carlo wheel
Garage Unique front carbon fiber lip
TSP High flow downpipe
Hondata Flashpro
Type R LEDs Rear blinkers
Type R LEDs Reverse lights

Delivery day



First track day at 1000 miles


Dyno testing in stock form a few days later...

Installed my Garage Unique front lip




Installed a production Hybrid Racing shifter and black Comp rod...


Put my Zestek Racing hub together with the MOMO wheel

Looks great! Now that you've moved on to a Hybrid Racing shifter assembly, are you 100% happy w/ the upgrade? Is it worth the money given how good the OEM shifter is? Thanks!

It's night and day. I love my car and love the way it shifts. I have moved the knob a bit lower than OEM, so even with my cable positions in the "longer" setting, it makes the throw feel tight and crisp. I put the cable bushings in the day after I got the car. My best advice is to try to feel one for yourself. I love the way it feels and although the OEM shifter IS good, it doesn't feel as good as mine.

I did 20% all around and nothing on the front glass.

Which LEDs did you go with? Looking to do the same thing with some high quality LEDs.

More info on the camber plates??

Installed a set of JDM headlights to get rid of the orange reflectors.

Great looking build!

It's a bummer they aren't making many in Rallye Red, it looks fantastic on this car.

I used a set of old camber plates that came off our FK8 race car. I think any FK8 upper camber plate is a direct bolt on... I didn't have any issues using them.
