Some of the results from a couple of the cars done.

FBO FK8 stock turbo/canflex

FBO FL5 stock turbo, canflex

Wow! Is the FK8 making more hp/torque over the FL5 because of a higher ethanol content, or are the turbos that different?
How much ethanol were they running?

The Fk8 stock turbo is actually bigger than the FL5 turbo, the FL5 will spool slightly quicker but all things remaining the same the the FK8 will make more power.

The FK8 turbo is slightly larger than the FL5 turbo.

The FL5 is a more efficient turbo in the sense of that it makes almost just as much while being smaller but up too it does drop a bit more compared to the FK8 one.

The FK8 had more fuel so was able to run a bit more ethanol but after a certain point it no longer matters, you can reach mbt timing with a pretty low % mix.

FL5 with kuro+, left it there because that is what the customer wanted. Plenty more on tap if needed.

The other two graphs you mentioned can flex. What about this FL5 tune with the kuro+, Is this also FBO plus canflex?

This is fbo, fuel system and canflex and the kuro+. Car had easily another 40-50whp available, just left it there since the customer did not want to push a stock engine too far.

I guess I finally get to jump in on this thread. I have been talking to Javier for like a year, but I just finished getting the car ready thanks to the realest @PointByPatrol. @Jester04 has been awesome to work with and has the car running great on 93. We will be moving on to ethanol pretty soon. If you are nervous about remote tuning, don't be...it's been an incredibly easy process.

Hondata is the one currently doing jailbreak tours. Right now I can do shipping ecu or if there is enough interest in the area, 10 plus cars then it can be scheduled.

I can make a run to Columbus (I think that is where they met before)... I'll have to see what their schedule is. Thanks.
