I documented these on my IG about a month ago. Posting here for reference. Saved about 11.5 pounds in unsprung weight in the front per corner, and rears about 7 pounds per corner for a total of 37 pounds.

Sweet build! How were the RSR coilovers on the street relative to the stock suspension regarding comfort?

Thanks!!

Street only application worked well. I'd say pretty close to stock. Ended up selling them due to strange noises, and wanted a more focused track setup. Link here for-sale ad.

Off-topic hot take: I personally wouldn't get the ITS ADS module (CTR comfort was just fine, put the money towards better suspension).

If I did suspension all over again, I should have gone straight to the Nitrons. In all honesty, the stock suspension works well. I would have put Ground Control's on them for daily driving had I known GC was still around.

She's 1 year old in a few days!

Added to the first page-

Updated Mod List 1/13/2026:
A year old! The goal for this build is to keep the car as stock as possible, with an emphasis on track focus. She's nearly completed. First track day at 500 miles, she sits now with 5k miles a year later.

I call this the old man spec (no intake, no down pipe, no exhaust - close to stock engine bay, less is more)

How well did mounting to the wing do?
I got a few questions on IG about it, posted a separate post on IG due to the amount of DMs:

"The rear suction cup is the smaller 4.5" vacuum pad mounted on the OEM wing. An extra piece of Velcro is wrapped around the pad and wing for extra security. Despite the wing's natural curve, the suction has held up to 70mph. The bike is about 14lbs with the front tire."

I figure with the weight of the bike and keeping it below 70mph (65mph ideally), it should be fine. After a handful of uses, I see no cracking/loosening of the rear wing. I DD a CRV, which mostly carries the bike.
