Look into anti-gravity batteries, have no idea the quality of powertex batteries

One of my buddies put it in his car and swears by it, so was curious if someone else had used them. I spoke to them on the phone this morning and it made me feel better lol Its actually less money than anti-gravity. Going to purchase it and see how it goes

I had a LiFePo battery in the FK8 but not sure I felt any difference as a daily. Maybe on the track which I’d never tried. Just make sure to use some insulation around the battery as it doesn’t like heat. And keep it topped up once a week if you don’t drive it often.

curious how the battery has worked out for you. I've been thinking of moving to a lithium battery soon

I have no experience with AG batteries, but I have a friend that bought 2 of them, for two separate cars. Maybe he was unlucky, but he had problems with both. The restart feature also didn't work. He said the warranty was good as they sent him replacements, however he's not convinced they're going to last and suggested that I consider another brand instead. He said he would look into the Noco brand next time. YMMV
