I still have yet to actually DRIVE the thing - my car came with a bunch of the add-ons that need to be installed, so I can't actually take it home until Monday

I believe I was the first in the DFW area...maybe even all of Texas! I drove it off the lot around 4:00 on Thursday Dec 8.
Already have aftermarket wheels and all-season Michelins on it!

Yeah the deals at the start of the pandemic were extreme. For my C7 it was especially good because Chevy was clearing out inventory in anticipation of the C8 being released. Little did Chevy know their whole production plan and supply chain would get completely screwed. In March 2020, got $11k off MSRP on a C7 Grand Sport plus 6 years 0% interest financingHaha that’s where I bought my FK8… $31k right after the pandemic started. Best deal I ever got on a car. Enjoy

For the Atlantian folks who are still wanting a Type R. Got a call from Honda in Thorton rd GA. They have the black one on the lot today ready for purchase. He mentioned 5k ADM (not sure if it was this only because I had a trade in, and did not mention any mandatory accessories). I already have my Type R secured so sharing this offer to others.
