2025 FL5 with Integra ADS?

Any 2025 FL5 owners here with an Integra ADS module installed? If so, did you feel any noticeable changes in the damping before/after? The reason I'm asking is that I just replaced mine over the weekend and I can't say that I noticed that much of a difference in the damping between the two modules. I was wondering perhaps the 2025 may have gotten some damping recalibration that brings it closer to the Integra damping settings? Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.

I think you would definitely notice it on bad roads. Roads around me are horrendous ; Very patchy, uneven, and cracked. The Type S ADS module swap was easily noticeable to me, though I found comfort mode too floaty and light. I’d use it for highway cruising, though. As others have said, it’s not really a night/day difference in all cases, but generally feels ~25% more compliant than the FL5’s ADS. If the roads are pretty smooth where you are, you may not feel the difference as much.

I have it on my 2025 and definitely noticed a difference on bumpy roads. I had it installed on stock springs and now swift. It's a definitely a game changer and I don't think I could go back honestly.

You just need more seat time on bumpy roads with it. If not, try driving another R with the stock ADS. You'll definitely feel the difference. My cousin's R felt super harsh with the stock ADS. Where the ITS ADS felt floatier and a bit more luxurious.

Comfort on the its module is much softer. Makes high speed impacts and uneven roads much easier to live with. I only use comfort on the highway. I still enjoy sport around town.

I 100% noticed. The real test was a bridge I occasionally go over. Even in Comfort mode with the FL5 ADS, I would bounce like crazy. With the ITS ADS, no bounce. I initially thought something was wrong with my FL5's suspension because of how bouncy it was. My FK8 was very different. I guess there were changes made, which resulted in increased stiffness, thus, increased bounciness in certain circumstances.

I was really happy to change out the ADS. The roads around me are hit or miss as far as quality goes. It's really nice to be able to use the different modes now according to condition. For comparison since installing the ITS ADS, comfort feels about the same as my 2021 Camry SE AWD stock suspension. Maybe a touch more stiff but not by alot.

Thanks for the input everyone I guess I need more seat time, but my initial impression is not as dramatic of a change as I had anticipated. It does however feel a tiny bit more floaty. May be my expectations was a bit jaded after reading and watching all these Youtube videos I was fine with the stock ADS as I didn't find the Sports or Comfort modes too overly damped - haven't driven in +R that much yet as I'm still in the break-in period.

This is also the main reason why I decided to change it out...so +R mode is more useable. The sports and comfort modes, however, isn't that noticeable to me, as least in the last couple of days of normal city driving. Maybe if I have gotten more seat time with the OE ADS before making the change, my opinion would differ?

I’ve been commuting 120 miles a day lately.


When I was in R mode with the FL5 module, when I’d drive over the road to bridge seems on i95, it would sound like gun shots and shake the car. A lot of cabin noise from stuff shaking when the car ran over any imperfections. Speed bumps would bounce my wife’s head off the seat.

Now with the ITS module in R mode, I hit those same seems and they’re barely noticeable. Speed bumps are alot more smooth also.

My girlfriend immediately noticed without me prompting her when I went to the ITS module. Makes the right much more tolerable.
