Hey people,

I got my used 23' Si about 4 months ago. When I got it, it was bone stock and looked like this:
11th Gen Honda Civic 23' Si Build so far, maybe some useful info front drivers stock

so i made some changes in 4 months:
ktuner v2 with TSP stage 1 tune (18/21lbs)
27Won short ram intake (will have the cold air version soon as they send it to me)
gloss black bumper trim (around fog lights and lip)
paint protection film on front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors.
ceramic coated myself using Adams polishes advanced graphine coating.
35% ceramic tint
ventshades from ebay, the ones that have the hooks to hold on to door (the ones that only use tape to stay on come off during car washes)
Aodhan AH08 18x8.5 +35 19.6lbs wheels
OEM Eagle sport tires ( until they ware out and I get some nitto's)
Eibach pro kit (says it lowers F-1.2 R-1.0, but it actually lowered me about double that.
Sirimoto front adjustable balljoints for front camber correction.
Sirimoto rear upper control arms (teloscopic) for rear end camber correction.

Now the car looks like this:
11th Gen Honda Civic 23' Si Build so far, maybe some useful info front passenger grass
11th Gen Honda Civic 23' Si Build so far, maybe some useful info back passenger grass

So in lowering the car while correcting camber, I was able to retain a very OEM like driving experience, with better handling. I would NOT ever lower a car and not correct the camber. I hate uneven tire wear and I absolutely hate how twitchy cars can be when they have negative camber. Please note that even with the eibach pro kit, I had to max out both the factory camber adjustment bolt in the front AND the adjustment from the new adjustable balljoints to correct a total of 3 degrees of camber from the drop springs. Same for the rear. You will spend an extra $300 in parts but will get a perfect install doing it the right way. On the wheels, the +35 offset and factory tires on an 8.5" wheel coupled with this drop has meant absolutely no rubbing or scrubbing in any circumstances as far as I can tell. As far as the tune, I went with tsp1 to be easy on the car while its still under warranty. after my warranty is out, I will go to either tsp2 OR pherable tunes after upgrading the head studs and clutch. I will also be doing the downpipe and intercooler at the same time.

If anyone has any questions I havent answered here, let me know. There was a good bit of research and trial and error I had to go through for such a good end result, so I wanted to share with the community if you have similar goals for your XI Si.

How about the exhaust?
I’m going to do downpipe but not the exhaust. Personally I can’t stand drone like my 9th gen did with even the q300 and especially the n1, same for my wrx with the n1. Just downpipe for me.

How about high end exhausts like Mugen, Spoon or Apexi?

Wow, your 23’ Si transformation is incredible, Jeff! The combination of the KTuner V2 with TSP stage 1 tune, 27Won short ram intake, and gloss black bumper trim really enhances the overall look and performance in just 4 short months. Thanks for sharing your journey with the community!

Your wheel/tire size + suspension setup looks to be dialed-in perfectly. Your attention to this is definitely apparent. Nice work!

Completely agree. I have the Q300 on my 8th.gen and sometimes is just too much.
Not to mention that intake and exhaust don't do squat for FI cars.

I have the 27Won full turbo-back exhaust on my 24 si. The drone is very minimal, and honestly the cars runs very quietly at low rpm but will scream when opened up. Food for thought
