Hi all,

I am looking into getting 275/35R19 tires. Is possible to get the speedometer adjusted without a hondata flashpro?

Rang the dealership and they said they couldn't do it. I have browsed through the forum and can't find any answers to this problem.

Any leads will be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you mean 30 instead of 35? If not, why?

I believe the only way is with a tune.

30 is a rubber band, terrible ride and will destroy tires if you live in places with gnarly potholes (I went on a trip and destroyed a tire).

i think its possible to fix this with a tune and hondata from what I hear

I believe you can adjust it on Hondata. If you decide to get unlocked and want a custom tune I would recommend @Jester04. He’s been awesome to me and my buddies who are also tuned by him!

@Timszee MooMoo is correct, I recently got into a pothole incident tearing the side wall of my tyre, just got 275/35R19 to help prevent that from happening again

Thanks everyone for the replies. Looks like I'll have to buy Hondata to correct the speedometer. For now I'm just gonna be driving 5km/h under

FYI you will also need to unlock ECU. This can be done by shipping out ECU to Hondata or other vendors.

I would get 18" wheels and go with 265 or 275/35R18 and not have to correct the speedometer.
