I was holding my cc in my hand when I realized I can’t buy the version I need as I don’t won’t to mess with down pipes and tune. More waiting now for catback system.
I’m in the same boat. I want to keep things as stock as possible so I just want the catback version. Not sure if I should get the resonated or non-resonated version though.

@Vlad@27WON or @Vincent@27WON any chance we could get some sound comparison clips?

If I am reading their page correctly, catback will come without resonator only.

So the last sentence of this section makes me think you can get either with the catback. Non-resonated if you want it loud, or resonated if you want it tamer.

Unbelievable that they made a system that doesn't pair/mate with all downpipe options. Ridiculous if you ask me. SMH

I have a feeling it's a QC method. Too much variation so to guarantee a good initial product they said it'll work with their own products. That way they have some control over the first installs. I don't have a downpipe so this looks appealing to me.

It looks like it does. They are just making you buy their DP if you want it first.

I doubt it is that deep. They are a company and their only purpose is to sell products and make money. They are using a highly sought after product to sell a product that has a lot of good competition in the market.

Even if so at least this way I know I won't have a compatibility or fitment issue. Does the 27won DP suck or something? Just curious.

I bet you are right. They are using the exhaust to sell their downpipes. Everyone wants an RV6 or TSP downpipe, so this makes good business sense. Smart man

It doesn't suck, but it is the last on most people's list. TSP is guaranteed not to throw a code and RV6 looks to be a better piece. Most people are buying one of those two.

That being said, in my state I can't tune out the code and pass inspection. So TSP is the way I pretty much have to go. Otherwise I would get RV6 or 27Won because they are cheaper and probably slightly less restrictive due to the lower density cat.

I have Earth Dreams catless dp and I have no codes thrown. Passed inspection last month at NY Honda dealer during steering wheel recall.

RV6 has a 300 cell cat
27won has a 200 cell cat

Per their websites.
