My box also arrived with some damage and taped up. And the contents look the same. I’m guessing the larger shipment was damaged and these individual boxes were taped up and shipped out.

Definitely some rough treatment there, apologies for that guys! I'll follow up with HEL US to see what happened, as I was not made aware of any damaged packages. If an item is damaged/missing, I'll gladly get you guys a replacement part(s)

HEL US is super meticulous, I do not think they would have shipped any out like that. (already damaged) This looks like damage by the shipping carrier, certainly never ideal but I am glad to see that so far it looks like there is no product loss or damage reported. (only packaging)

What I can say from experience is that the manufacturers are usually very careful about packaging because their reputation is on the line, so I am skeptical it happened during the oversea trip. Furthermore, if this happened from the UK to US, HEL US would've informed me and we would sort it out in the back-end to make sure the end-customers would be happy.

I'm almost certain this happened during individual shipment of the packages. Nonetheless, I will make the US team aware that several folks received them like this.

The flaw I see is shipping in the retail box that doesn't appear to be up to the rigors of transit. Should probably be inside another box to stand a chance.
