Bubbling on Interior Door Panel

Took delivery of the car a week ago and just noticed these bubbles/warts on the top soft-touch of the passenger door panel. Notice one small one on the driver’s side door panel as well. Anyone know the cause and fix for these or would I need to have the door panels replace under warranty? Thanks in advance!

I would not attempt a fix. Take it in to the dealership to be handled under warranty.

Looks to me like something drug across it and snagged the material. I would take Clark Kent’s advise

Dealer agreed to replace the door panel under warranty. Part is about a week and a half out.
