Carbon Buildup on Intake Valves

went from asking if anyone was having an issue with carbon build up to wanting multiple sources and research done for you? got it.

yea, that's why i started this thread. I'm sure others are wondering as well. please don't be hostile. we got more than enough of that going around these days.


Also, how would it effect fuel trims? Is there a way to detect carbon buildup via datalogging?

Installed the Mishimoto catch catch 2 weeks ago and not even 100 miles, accumulated this much already. Shouldn't have waited this long to install one after seeing this, but at least I have one now.
