Lots of ppl say the Bose audio is actually pretty good
I would say it brings it to an acceptable level of audio that Honda has been far short on.

maybe place it outside in the sun for a couple of hours, for the rubber to soften up, then slowly bend the rubber back into place...?
I might actually just take a heat gun to it to do exactly this. It's really only an issue in that one spot.

I would recommend a good dashcam system for the car as part of the initial mods, not just for catching potential shenanigans while you're away, but also for documenting traffic stops, car accidents, and other events for legal purposes. A good radar detector doesn't hurt either. My setup...

Is that odyssey battery worth the upgrade? Do you use the parking mode on the DR900x?

Yes to using parking mode, otherwise you can't run the cameras when the car is off. For my use case, I don’t have a need to record longer than the car sitting overnight somewhere in an unknown environment (which rarely happens anyway). You can also get dedicated battery packs for the dashcams, but they aren't small either, and would be a job and a half trying to find somewhere to hide it away in the interior cleanly. I ended up getting this high quality AGM-type battery, which resists charge/discharge cycle wear and tear, and also charges up quickly. This should power a dashcam for a day or two with no issues. This AGM battery is a little heavier than stock, so something to avoid if you're trying to shed every iota of weight.

I like your setup. Wonder if it's possible to tap into the rearview mirror power?

I do have the OEM accessory autodim/homelink rearview mirror, and not 100% sure how it's all wired since my tech did everything, but I don't think you can do it this way since there is no power going to the mirror when the car is off. If you don't want or need parking mode, then probably.

Man I wish I could get homelink in my car. Do you know what mirror it is or the part number?

The mirror is "76400-TXM-A01" and the attachment kit is "08V03-TBA-1A0".
But this is specifically for the FK8 (and some of the 10th gen Civics, Insight, and HR-V), so not sure if it will work/fit correctly in the FL5.

Heated seats perhaps (if it isn't too much trouble)

Keep an eye on intakes as the aftermarket rolls them out.
Just noticed this... is that Bernie Sanders doll an OEM? 😛

Anyone figured out homelink for garage openers or a good phone holder since our AC vents are not standard?

I have a fold 4 and I like to have it open in my car. I can't find anything for it that I like... However for traditional phones... I thought this was neat.

Not sure if I would like it but maybe someone would.

Anyway, there are plenty of options as far as clipping them into our unique vent on amazon.

Here are some photos of the fit and a video showing how much it shifts around.

Hey there. Following up on this. Did the cargo tray come back to form?
