Better heat shielding and weighs 393 grams (0.866 pounds) less. Holes align properly if you start the bolt on the side of the downpipe first, adjust the shield to start the top bolt near the manifold followed by starting the front bolt. Install and torque the O2 sensor (with some Copper Anti-Seize Lubricant applied on the threads) while checking to be sure that it pushes through the hole in the shield without pinching down. Finish it up by tightening the three bolts on the heat shield.
