Hondata Custom Tuning @ JST

[JST Performance]

This week we're finally going go add Hondata Fk8/FL5/DE5 tuning to our website at jst-performance.com.

We've been tuning these cars a bit ever since the Flashpro was released for the FK8 many years ago, and we have been a Hondata dealer/tuner with dealer flashing capabilities since 2019.

While we primarily tune these cars on Cobb, we have had so many requests lately for custom dyno tunes locally on Hondata for customers who already have a Flashpro and jailbreak and we are looking to start offering remote/ email tuning. I have already done quite a few of these cars remotely on Hondata and have gotten it down to a very seamless process just as we have on Cobb.

Pricing will be very similar to our current tuning prices on Cobb.

Yes we do in house jailbreaks for Cobb and Hondata for the FL5 and DE5.

Fun fact: we have 3 Honda shop cars. 1 tuned on Cobb, 1 on Hondata, and 1 on Ktuner!

switching to hondata so cant wait to get my new tune, currently have cobb tuner but im going to switch that back to my Focus and run the hondata on the fl5. plus with hondata i can have multi tune switching like i can on the focus where i cant currently with the cobb so that will be a benefit too

I've personally had an FK7 tuned at JST on KTuner and FK8 tuned on Hondata (not an easy car to tune with no maf, cams, full frame turbo, ect...)

I will mention these are dedicated track cars that are used hard and not DYNO queens. A solid tune is even more important on a track use car.

VERY good experience and methodical tuner.

Next up the FL5 is headed in for a Cobb tune revision...pretty much the tuning Hat Trick

Stopped at 485 on the FK8 for longevity and Brian cleaned up a cold start on 2000cc injector issue.

Hondata Jailbreak is $250, Cobb jailbreaks are Free.

Have y'all figured out the remote jailbreak for FL5 yet? Interested, but can't have the downtime of the ECU being shipped

No we do not offer remote jailbreaking yet.
