Hondata Software Won’t Upload

Anyone know a good tuner around Chicago? I live in Saint Charles, Il to be more specific. I had my car jail broken and attempted to get tuned at their event here. It’s throwing codes and doing a very odd idle even when they put it back to stock. Any idea who I can go to around here? Thanks!

I don’t expect a tuner is going to be able to sort that. Somebody’s going to need to bench your ECU.

Nevermind! They returned it to stock and it’s fine now. But they will shoot me an update on how the problem can be solved. Apparently their code wouldn’t upload to the ECU. Not sure why.

Car is back to stock and driving fine. Sad that I don’t have extra power though.

We will figure it out! I’m sure it is no biggie, were they using your new flashpro or their own dongle that they brought?

It should be able to get resolved don’t worry too much about it. Follow up with Hondata.

If we ourselves couldn't get a calibration to upload, no one else would be able to.
We'll have to look in to why yours is the only one to have this issue.

OP I just watched a video about a dealer installed GPS tracker that was piggyback on the OBD port of a guys fl5.
Check to see if you have the same tracker that could be causing the issues?
