He is running maxton front and side kit. Mugen for the rear.

Rims are Advan GT Beyond. 18x10 and the color is hyper platinum with machined lips

Wheels are 18x10+40.
Nothing too crazy on suspension.
Just spoon springs with Js camber joints and spc rear arms for camber adjustment.
Rest of the exterior mods are in my build thread.

Most likely it's the Exceed CF lip x CF splitter combo.
