My cat is an inspector for quality control, just doing her job 😆

Quality Control in effect, I see. Very scientific job.
Kinda wish my dog was that smart.

Hope everyone is well! Update 👋

Hit a snag. The Varis Arising bonnet has fitment and clearance issues with the GruppeM intake. The added bonnet vents, in particular on the passenger side, touches / will scrape the area near the logo, and won't close properly. It was suggested to trim some of the fibreglass skeleton portion of the hood underneath to accommodate, but I'd rather not.

I'm considering the Eventuri Intake System, but there's no guarantee it will clear 🤔 Might send Varis a message about this and see if they have any suggestions.

On another note, ordered some more parts. It never ends 🥴 I also noticed that Dream Automotive's prices are way more competitive than any in Australia - cheapest by a longggg shot.

Got a reply from Varis re: bonnet fitment / clearance issues.

Also, I found someone on insta with the Varis bonnet as well. They have the PRL intake and said no issues. Good to know 👌

On another note, engine bay looking good 🤗

Seeker Japan car seat covers finally on! I like how they look and it serves a purpose to protect the seats, considering I work in a hospital. The amount of ick...

Was the Carbing Ti STB slotted? My aluminum version wasn’t but easy enough to do (for pin removal camber). I came close to purchasing the ti version but hedged my bets for easy DIY if it wasn’t. Grinding titanium in that gauge would be pure pain.
Like the circle stickers to keep critters out of the bar!

Hi there,

The Carbing Ti STB isn't slotted. I'm pretty sure it's just a Ti version of yours, same fixed design.

So happy that the Eventuri Intake and Turbo Inlet Tube fits. Nil clearance issues with the Varis Arising-1 Evo Bonnet. The drive home was whooshhh~ amazing 😌

Stuck on a cheeky lil fuse cover from Create Carbon as well. Complements the CF accents in the engine bay.
