Rotational squeaking sound when driving low speeds

Hey I have this annoying issue where I have a squeaking noise that follows the speeds of the wheels at low speeds. Once I get past about 20mph I can’t hear it anymore. Anyone experienced anything like this? All brakes are brand new, no rocks stuck in the dust shield. Took it to a shop and they thought maybe the dust shield is rubbing on something so they tried to pull it back a bit and I think it seems like it’s not as loud now but it’s still there. Do we need to pull the dust shield back further? Any other ideas? Everything feels fine so I don’t think it’s anything serious but it is annoying haha

Appears to be "normal" from all who has responded, but unable to identified the root cause.
