Go to Trackdaze.com to sign up for the October 31-Nov 1 event. Grand Course day 1 and Full Course day two, so you get both. $625 for two days, no instruction. $675 for novice group with instruction. If you are intermediate or advanced run group you get three thirty minute run sessions, followed by open track for 90 minutes at the end of the day. three hours track time each day. Pretty good deal. only downside is there might be another 15 cars or so on the track in your run group. Not a biggie for grand course, but crowded for full course.

Also, the weather is cooler so the cars will be fast!!! I've done this event for the last 4 years.

Sign up is live as we speak. Anybody in intermediate group that's driving solo can follow me for a lap or two to get a feel for the grand course. It is awesome. 4.1 miles with some really cool stuff in the infield section.

Let's go!!!

interesting data point. Sounds like these pads just not may play well with the OEM system. Def curious what @J1Avs comes back with. Im likley going to go another pad for VIR weekend in September.

My recommendation is the Counterspace Garage (CSG) C1X up front and either C1X or C11 in the rear. I've found life to be huge -- ~250 laps with temps in check with the Girodisc rotors (which lasted a full season at 600+ laps).

Here's all my data from last season on the C1X: https://www.civicxi.com/forum/threads/2024-season-brake-hardware-recap.55506/

Final Numbers you can find on Page 2:

C1X Pads -- now at 252 Laps across 10 Track Days and multiple new PBs
Girodisc Rotors -- now at 602 Laps across 23 Track Days

with the brake shields on or off? Those pads are just pricey...

Brake Shields on. I have not removed anything. The pads are pricey, but last longer than 2 days, so the value is certainly there.

I was going to wait for the Scca one. I think its in September.
It's a time trials. The way your car is currently constructed, it would be in one of the higher categories, but it's for fun at the end of the day.

I may try to make that one as well.
