Holy shit bro. I know what it is. I am just as up to date on all this shit as every one of you. I’m just telling you what my dealer told me he was going to do.
Hey Man, I'm in the same boat.

A huge deposit (all down payment) has been made with a signed deal structure. Yet, they didn't include destination/premium color. I also got pre-approved on finance as well and my dealer said the number will NOT change when the car gets here.

Fingers crossed!

my break down is as such: don't beat me down too hard:
$43,990+$400 (Boost Blue)+$10,000 (ADM)+$3100 (Forged Wheels)+$2250 (Carbon Wing)+$5000 (6years/100k warranty)+$1500 (5 years full wheel/tire/glass protection) = $66,240 + 10% (roughly) = $72,864 OTD...

Wish I could have talked the $5k warranty down or delete, but I figure I'd get it anyways...if I track car and engine blows, I get new engine correct?

But above is my honest break down, nothing hidden...let the barrage begin?

EDIT: The dealer prolly would have sold me the car with just the ADM, but I want those items that I've listed above anyways.
Don't listen to what anybody says, any buyer will ALWAYS have buyers remorse.

Just enjoy the car, money comes and goes...

(Also look into your options as far as cancelling the warranty if you feel you might start modifying the car, you could get some money back if it's pro-rated)

My "concern" is someone paying $5,000 for an extended warranty when they retail for $1,500. Disclosed ADM is one thing, marking stuff up 300% knowing most customers don't know better? That's old school dealership BS I won't put up with.

I don't think anyone has been blasted (yet) - I do think someone who is willing to go to $60k+ should take a hard look at their options but I get for some this is all-or-nothing. If this your dream car, you want it now, and can afford it I understand even if I'm smh in private.

I'll just be over here perusing used 911 and Mustang Bullitt ads and thinking about how much I like donuts.

Prices for the FK8 are dropping too...
Hate to break it to you...but a dealership is a business (businesses need to make money)

If you go to the grocery store and buy milk you are paying a mark up and someone is making money off of you, the world keeps turning...

Funny you say this because milk has a higher markup percentage than a new car.

For loan rates, what are people seeing for 800+ credit score on 60 months? My 3% interest in my HYSA could actually make it advantageous to finance over cash. Crazy times indeed.

just so people are aware, that same interest rate 6 months ago was 2.99 which ends up costing you 3-4k in interest if you finance the entire amount over 72 months.

2% may not seem like a big number but it adds up.

The MSRP includes the "standard" markup, I'm not suggesting we ask for invoice or below invoice pricing. I mean those poor dealers, making record profits over the last two years I should feel badly I don't want to inflate their bottom line further.

Thanks to everyone that is sharing - a lot of us are wanting to know if anyone is actually getting MSRP and what the final costs are being - ADM, forced packages etc. So definitely appreciate it.
I think either a FK8 CTR or the FL5 CTR or the GR Corolla would be the ideal daily driver. This is why I want to own one of these cars - this way I can make my Z the project car and know I have something that is fun and reliable. Anyway - thanks for all that have shared etc.

Not a forced package if you don't buy it.
