Anyone know the reason why the PRL 1.5t Catted downpipe is no longer available? Other brands still make them so why would one of the top companies like PRL stop making this product ? Any word on them making a new one for the 11th gen Civics ???
Why PRL? Why you do this ?

TSP will be releasing their branded DP which from what I understand is basically the same part.

I did see something about that with TSP, was trying to stick with all PRL parts though but I guess not.

I believe their downpipe for Type R, it is PRL’s design. Exact same product. Don’t quote me on that, but that’s what I was told. If so, probably the same for the 1.5t.

This is correct. We have sold quite a few of the 2.0T downpipes.

1.5T 10th gen downpipes are just about ready to go

1.5.T 11th gen downpipes are in production

Can't speak about the downpipe specifically but I did notice PRL axed a bunch of their own products from the website. So I really don't know what is going on with them.

In short, new ownership -> new priorities.

Seems like they are going backwards instead of forwards.
I cannot argue that it was a bit of a mess to begin with but I do see that they are working hard to improve things within their new arrangement.
