having the dealer installed tint removed and going with 55% Xpel ceramic tint and full PPF w/ ceramic coat. Tuxmats are waiting to be installed to protect those beautiful red carpets

Delivery day, again.

Sold my 2023 CBP in Sept of '25... and now I'm back in a new 2026 CW.

Not even 40 miles on the car and I hit the worlds biggest pothole on my way home from delivery, fortunately didn't blow out the tire (no idea how it's holding air) but my alignment is slightly off. Will fix that once the RS-R springs are installed in a week or so.

Anyway, stupid tire BS aside, I'm happy to be back here

Finally picked up my ‘26 FL5 allocation last week after 4 years waiting! (Admittedly, I was in a used ‘24 the last 2.5 years though anyway)

Had a good friend come out and document delivery day for me.

Just finished my break-in period! Bought my 2026 Championship White FL5 in Virginia instead of driving all the way to Pennsylvania for a used 2023 with 1.2k on the clock.

Picked up my BB today after waiting for two weeks. (In-Transit). MSRP + $30K on my 2024 GTI 380SE/Autobahn. Sport mode in Type R is much less bouncy than in the GTI. FWIW, the VW Cargo mat system fits perfectly in the back of the Civic R. (blasphemy!)
