Help with identifying ITS ADS.

Can anyone confirm if this is a Type R or Type S ADS? Got it from eBay but I’m sus.

That's the Type R module. Type R ADS part # is 39381-T60-G01, Type S is part# 39381-31M-A03.

Here is a picture of my ITS ADS module before I sold it. Other ITS ADS modules on the forum have the same numbers.

Special Note: Acura is currently providing this ADS unit under their own part number designation (39381-31M-A03) with a OEM Honda box. ADS unit may still have Honda's part number (39380-31M-A03) engraved on the unit itselft as displayed on the pictures. Keep in mind Acura and Honda are sharing this platform, hence Acura taking these units and loading their own tuning software to the ADS unit and assigning a different part number on the box only.

Its the Type R ADS module, it has T60 stamped on it. Does the eBay listing say its the ITS module?

I'm sure you can plug it in and try it, but its going to ride the same.


I have the DSC Sport Controller installed so I have my Type R ADS module sitting it a box.

Same here, I also have the DSC controller.

I still have both the original FL5 and the DE5 ADS

But since the DSC does not come with the mounting bracket (rear portion with the bolt slots), I used the bracket from the OEM FL5 for the DSC

I looked at the FL5 board itself, there are no markings on the board.

Its the Type R ADS module, it has T60 stamped on it. Does the eBay listing say its the ITS module? I'm sure you can plug it in and try it, but its probably going to feel the same.
