Made a faraday cage to store all of our vehicle key fobs. Simple yet very effective:
  1. Fido glass 0.5L hermetic jar (gasket removed);
  2. Two layers of heavy duty aluminum foil applied to the inside and outside; and
  3. Reflect-A Gold tape applied to the inside and outside to keep the aluminum foil layers in place and more obviously to keep temps in check.

Simple idea that seemed effective at first however, the gold foil tape being added started to reflect the RF signal from the key fobs even after adding a rubber insulating barrier on the inside. Layers of just heavy-duty aluminum foil seem to do the best job so far for blocking the RF frequency range used by the fobs.

Interesting. I guess that’s a testament to the reflective qualities of gold!

Seems to be more along the lines of RF bleeding out from the hinged enclosure having been opened and closed several times compressing the layers and then forming a gap.

My gold tolerance level has just been over loaded for the last time and I think it’s a blessing in disguise.
Now it’s deleted forever 😆 Welcome to the platinum side.

Did I make the right decision?

I was really dead set on getting the Apexi Exhaust, but after thinking about having a newborn + a toddler and how cabin noise would affect them, I decided to go with the Spoon N1X Exhaust.

@惹Raizzelle It's been a while, I hope you're well. I hear the Spoon exhaust drones badly. Is that not your experience? Car looks good btw!
Heyyy @Clark_Kent , I've been busy with school and life, but everything's good, haha. Thanks for checking in! Hope you and your family are doing great too. 🙌🏿

Honestly, I don't really notice much of a drone with this exhaust. I'm really pleased with it overall, just curious if anyone could share their experiences with both tho. Haha thank you!

Thanks for the kind words! It’s Eibach PROKIT. 🫡
Looks wicked ! 👍🏻👊🏻 Also just to note although I don’t own a Apexi I know someone that does and he did mention the valve did make noise/rattle periodically but other then that he liked it. Could be an install issue as far as what position you have the valve at when installed. I’m sure other Apexi owners will chime in :)

Was just about to comment the same thing. May remove my H&R and go back to my original plan to go with Pro Kits.

Any other side shots @Raizzelle ?
Here you go, hope this helps!

Installed my Fujitsubo exhaust today. Removed the Apexi, which I really liked, but my wife hated. I would describe the audio levels of the Fujitsubo as OEM+. On the highway I'm there is little to no exhaust note. If I am getting on the car, I think I hear more engine noise than exhaust noise now. Which is great since I have the R660AS turbo.

Awesome and obviously no need for me at this point to reply with sound clips while driving at 80MPH on the highway that I forgot to post last week.
