I haven't done my first oil change yet, but from the photos, it appears that they didn't give enough room for the oil to drain. I could be wrong, and it's just the angle of the photo.

I thought the same too when I saw it but I bet they tested this and its likely fine.

I just tried installing this. Got it brand new few days ago. I have the Remark exhaust which comes with a larger front pipe. The flex pipe and the bash plate touch not allowing the bash plate to go into proper position to bolt it up. Basically compared to stock flex pipe the Remark is a lot larger in diameter. Just a heads up for people. Other then that this bash plate is extremely well made piece of aluminum. Nice and thick. The hardware seemed to be very good quality and I swapped the clips they provide and those went into position perfectly. I just couldn't bolt it all up
