USB C and auto dimming mirror. I know, we can use the accord mirror and harness, but I’d rather want something with 100% fitment to a FL5

2023+ Canadian FL5's already have a auto dimming homelink mirror. You can swap it now. Will likely need to run a power cable.

You are not going to get plug and play because even though it’s for the civic type r, there are no provisions to power any auto dimming mirror since the pre facelift us type r did not come with that option. So I almost can assure you that you will have to also get harness to work.

Just because it didn't initially come with the car doesn't mean that it wasn't prewired for it.

If the 27 had cooled seats I would probably trade for a 27. Definitely not swapping anything, waste of time and money, just IMO.

It’s not. I did the install. There are no wires for any power. No plugs tucked away.

I've bought the USB C hub before to see if the connectors are any different to cars that did not come with USB C. They are definitely very different and is not something you can just buy and swap over.
