Wow I thought the ‘25 would at least get the USB-C ports and the new Android powered UI. But it’s completely unchanged!

If the FL5 run mirrors the FK8 we could expect a minor refresh for the ‘26MY and a LE model for a final ‘27MY.

It’s about the very tight phase 3 noise regulation that will be in place as of 2026 in Japan. This engine is very likely to be unsustainable within that restriction. Honda would very possibly end the production of FL5 once and for all until the next gen hybrid Type R. Even the Japanese market has stopped taking orders shortly after 4 months since the launch.

I don't think Japan stopping orders means anything - you can't even order a Type R in the US. It just means its very popular in Japan.

This regulation is introduced in 2026 or mandatory in 2026? Not sure why MY2027 has any bearing though.

Cooling issues is wide known but this is the first time i'm hearing of fuel starvation issues

Fuel starvation is only a thing when you are low on fuel and turn really hard. That's why most will tell you to keep the gas tank above half way when tracking the car.
