It looks like you guys have the full contents of what you need despite the damaged boxes. Be sure to grab some zip ties that look like this! You'll need them to zip tie the hose that goes over the hot side intercooler pipe to secure the line away from the a/c compressor/serpentine belt! You'll also want some additional padding for the longer hose where it can rub against a sharp spot of the frame where it passes through the passenger side fender well area. I used DEI fire wrap with the velcro strap, and also some zip ties to hold it on really snug.

This is the zip tied line on the hot side hose. You can see where it had initially started to rub before I fixed it.

I'll try to get a photo of the other, may prove to be kind of difficult.

No. You won't need to modify the bracket. The one you received is made for the USDM crash bar.

@everyone. Did you get bolts to mount the cooler to the bracket? These are the only bolts I see. Yeah I know my box was destroyed so I’m guessing they went MIA. Upon opening up my oil filter adaptor the top edge is also smashed in.

I do not see the bracket hardware. Should be at least 6 nuts and bolts that hold the brackets to the cooler. The manual for installation says use the hardware and show multiple nuts and bolts when you attach the plates to the cooler. I only see the 2 long hex heads with the multiple washers and lock nuts. Hopefully someone else can chime in when they open the box.

I'm not sure why they are still including those two plastic spacers. We don't use them with the aluminum crash bar.
