This doesn't surprise me having dealt with Autocannon recently. Their customer service is horrible.

And disagree their products are "quality", I ordered a FL5 jacket and the back of the jacket was inches longer than the front. Don't buy into the hype, you can find better quality Honda/Type R bootleg items on Etsy or eBay.

Just about everyone hides their contact number (many clicks to find it) or don’t have one. It’s hard to staff and it’s an expense. Chat bots and emails is the norm across many industries.

Autocannon is one of those situations where you place an order and literally forget about it until it shows up at your doorstep months later.

The way someone explained it is that it is like an invisible kickstarter, where they have to get a certain amount of orders in before they commit to actually making anything. That could take months by itself... then there's the fulfillment component, which takes more time.

It's like a Christmas present you buy for yourself. I forgot I placed an order a few weeks ago until this thread. It'll get here when it gets here.

I’m on my third order this year. Three separate orders. Where I was some kind of vip three separate times

I haven’t received shit. I didn’t even bother emailing. Those mf’s absolutely 100% do not reply to emails. Just waiting it out. It’ll release when it releases.

I ordered the Type R Project Camo backpack when it went on sale during Black Friday on 11/28. It arrived a little over 2 weeks later.

Previously I ordered a couple of their hoodies, and those too like a month or 2 to ship. Seems like a crap shoot of when you'll end up receiving something from them.

I'll still order from them because their stuff is dope, top tier quality and you can't get it anywhere else.

But as I said several months ago- you treat it like a surprise gift you bought yourself. It shows up when it shows up.

What did you order? I ordered from the golden era collection in dec and still no reply via email. I am trying to dispute it via Amex but they said it's outside their 60 day window
