If it works, everyone will be doing it for sure. I heard from the Acura shop foreman that people on the tech forums were wondering if it is possible as well.

The real good thing that's making me think this is not going to be any issue is the fact that the R cluster worked fine with the switches and harness. The only thing I'm worried about is head unit integration since the new head unit has google integration and a different brain.

If you could take some photos of the process that would be very appreciated

It's going to be happening in a Honda shop so might be hard to do that. Happening tomorrow though so we shall see.

Had to be programmed by Honda but everything functions as it should. Mileage is correct. Also they said once you swap you can't go back. The original cluster gets deleted and locked out or something. You'd have to get a fresh OEM cluster to switch back.

Everything with the front collision warning/driver aids good turning on and off? I know that was a concern that we had.

EVERYTHING WORKS! ??? I'll post video of going through the controls when I'm home later. You need all 4 parts from my post. Had to be programmed and installed at Honda to avoid mileage discrepancy but it's all good and you get new features. ?

Please write a summary on what we need to do. Even with getting the correct mileage. I wanna do this soon!

Thats awesome! Been lurking this thread for the longest time. Was looking to upgrade my 24 Si super soon.

I know that the 25 Si Individual mode got a couple of new options, like the ability to change the look of the guages and turn off and on the fake engine noise. Have these options been added to your 23 Si?

Did you get the new wheel controls installed with your guage cluster?

You will need all 4 of these parts...
11th Gen Honda Civic Cluster swap 1726978603683-gq
11th Gen Honda Civic Cluster swap 1726978610787-g
11th Gen Honda Civic Cluster swap 1726978618233-ra

11th Gen Honda Civic Cluster swap 1726978572449-c4

Then you are going to have to take it to a Honda Service department and have them do the swap/programming of the new cluster. Honda software is used to transfer everything to the new cluster and, I was told, the old cluster becomes unusable after this. If you wanted to swap back to the OEM cluster you would have to get a new one and have them go through the programming again.
