CPS issue

Hello
Currently experiencing a issue with a camshaft sensor according to my ob2 scanner it's coming from bank 1.
Current problem car sputs out after 4k rpm then loses power.

Replaced sensor on top of engine to fix issue.. currently no luck still same problem.
Does anyone know if there is a 2nd sensor? If so can you provide help or a diagram location.
