Finally got ahold of the Civic spare wheel kit! First time I tried ordering it was back ordered until mid August. Called local parts dept in August and they said mid September. Finally it was available to order, so I did online through one of the discount Honda parts sites. They sent it through Sons Honda in Georgia. (Why the heck they can sell and ship parts out of state for significantly less than if you walk through the door is baffling! Local dealers told me about $100 more than I paid!) Arrived today! Ordered a tire 125/80/17 from tire rack. They had 2 options; a Continental for $130 or Maxxis for $224. Local dealer could get me a Maxxis for about $204, so good on them for a decent price on one thing! Went with the Conti, and it showed up yesterday.

It came with these 3 black rubber self adhesive pads. Can any Canadians give me an Idea where they are placed on the trunk floor?
I've got part#s for everything but the jack and valve stem. I included the part# for the entire kit, the tray, and for the wheel alone. If you want any others, let me know.

Just so you know, the price was $232 plus $32 Shipping. About a $100 savings from local.

This is great thanks! Just heard my allocation for my 23’ Si came through so I’ll be using this.

Having a spare gives me so much more peace of mind.

Yeah, me too! I already had a flat on my '22. I made it home and had nothing else to do that day so I tried the 800# service and not the "tube of goo" because I could hear it leaking. Never a good sign. 6 hours to get it fixed, 3 hours for the tow truck, 3 hours at the dealer to replace the tire as it was not reparable (as suspected). I had 3 flats on my '19 Sport 6mt, so I wanted options!

I bought a used spare kit from a Acura TL Type-S on eBay for cheap. It came with everything including the foam, jack, wrench etc... Everything fits like OEM.

Wow that’s a sucky day. Now that can all be avoided.

In the fourth picture down, 42700-tx4-a51 is the part number for the rim.

Which listing on eBay was it?

Did the tire size of 125/80/17 that you ordered fit fine? I'm about to order a tire for the wheel and kit that I got. My Si should be here next week! @KevCarver

Does the kit ending in #A11 come with the black molded holder for everything also?

Yep, the tire fits perfect! I even mounted it myself using a Harbor Freight motorcycle tire mounting rig.
The A11 part number is for everything pictured, minus the tire. If you want just the holder, there is a part# on the sticker on it in the picture. Presumably order-able from Honda?

Nice. Thanks! Any chance that you have the part numbers to the parts in the A11 kit? Especially the gray part that secures the molded parts holder to the bottom trunk? I haven’t been able to find a good part # breakdown on the parts sites.
