This one needs premier first to fill up the space its too deep for a scratch try fill up as much as possible sand it with 3k or 5k sandpaper and apply touch up pen.

I’d take it to a body shop. They’ll be able to clean it up, fill it, and polish it to where you’d not notice it unless looking REALLY closely for it. Shouldn’t cost much either.
