Do I seriously need to replace my Eventuri intake?!

Sounds great! What are you going to fill that vast void of an engine bay with?

I wonder if a headlight/snorkel would work well with the intake.

As a sidenote, I feel like there's nothing you can put in the empty gap left by the airbox lol

Gotta upgrade the Trans mount, shifter bushings, intercooler piping, radiator hoses, polish the bellhousing, get a titanium ECU cover, some titanium bolts hardware and a wiretuck. Won't fill the void but it may bring some life to that area

Hks bov or maybe dry sump haha. Not sure at the moment.

Gotta say, that intake with the air box cover with the silicon hoses and mounting brackets plus the titanium hardware looks

I've been thinking about this intake since I saw the first video and about the only downside I can see is if there's water infiltration.

I understand Honda needs to maintain packaging, but the idea of a turbo inlet going over the turbo and dp is just asking for heat problems. All they had to do was flip the turbo or the intake.

If the water problems end up being non-existent, I think I'll wait to get this box, just too cool and cost effective to pass up.

Same “water issue “ with the cold air intake systems. I don’t know how many hydrolocks actually happen.

I don't drive my car in the rain but let me ask Acuity about water infiltration. I did install a block off plate that goes in front of the filter it was also included in the kit. I just didn't record that part. DM me on IG add i can send you a picture.

I had a 19si and had an actual cold air intake that went into the wheel well. I drove it in snow and rain and hit plenty of puddles and never had a single issue with it. That's my two cents. I didn't you'll have issue with this one because I don't see where it looks like it reaches down into the wheel well and my si did and it was fine. Drove it like that for 55 -65 k miles.
