on the lugs a few lbs up or down is probably fine, however 80 is way too low for sure. That was a pretty big oversight.

Being that the owners manuals are virtual how hard could it be to edit the 23, 24 online manuals with the correct wheel nut torque specs? You would have to think that by now this oversight has been brought to Honda USA's attention.

Honda UK has a CTR specific owners manual online in .pdf format. It shows the correct wheel nut torque and alternate engine oil viscosities for example. I refer to this first. Note European CTR's have folding mirrors, parking sensors, etc. we don't get, but are covered in their manual.

I just rotated my tires before heading to the dealer for my last "free" oil change. I've had my FL5 since December 2023, but I only drive it during the summer months so yes, it's a garage queen. This was my first tire rotation and I was surprised at how easy it was. The stiff chassis and the short wheelbase mean you start to pick up the rear wheel almost as soon as the front tire is off the ground. I was happy to see this torque spec advice on the Forum. I almost opened the glove compartment to check the torque spec in my manual, but I've found that most manuals make it impossible to find anything important when you need it. And now I learn that I would have under-torqued the wheels if I had followed the manual. Thanks for keeping us all honest and I'm looking forward to some fun summer drives!
