LUL, it sounds like what we've been hearing already that it's gonna be the Si hatch but cost almost as much as the old base price for the R. No thanks. If it was $27k maybe, and that's a big maybe with what other vehicles start at $27k these days.

I would hope that is a well optioned Integra for $33.5k. That is just too much for a base Integra with SI engine.

If that’s the price then that’s the price for an A-Spec which was shown. Another thing to note is base could be priced lower then A-Spec.

33.5 for the A-Spec trim, assuming it gets features like the TLX A-Spec (ELS audio, etc) then that would be a very well optioned car along with the upgraded wheels, appearance package, and sport tuned suspension. I suspect the base model will fall closer to $28k which only puts it a bit above the Si in price.

All I've really wanted is an Si hatchback. This might be a compelling alternative. Does anyone know if it would have an LSD?

No LSD if (big if) it comes with SHAWD. Otherwise, the top trim should come with LSD.

With most Acura models...there is a Base, Tech, A Spec then Advance....so if the A spec continues to be trim number 3...chances are the Integra will start around 28-29k. 33.5k for an A spec is reasonable to me.

Not sure what Honda/Acura is smoking. Why pay 33k for a FWD 200hp hatch when you could just buy a 30k GR86 with RWD 230hp and an LSD.

Yeah plus we also gotta look at where the TLX starts at Base wise. TLX base starts at $37,500. I would say Integra will start at $28,900 or $29,200. Aspec to Aspec TLX comes in at $44,750. I think the price that Acura wants to go for at 33.5k is perfect. Type S would be $38k-$40k

They aren’t even remotely related… no one in the North East USA is buying a RWD commuter car..
