Looks good, looks like the filter faces downward. I'm assuming it's going to cost the same as a JDM branded one.

It would be nice if AWE released a valved version of the FL5 exhaust

Good luck on that one. On their release post, the AWE rep was adamant that the valve was not necessary and their system works just as well without it.
