Don't get me wrong, I want it. I have decided to move now and I'll need to be able to pass emissions...

I have a question for anyone running Ktuner with the Downpipe

I turned off the catalyst efficiency code, but I'm still getting a CEL for an emissions system problem. Error code is U301 and I can't find anything helpful when I search for information on it.
Has anyone had this same error code, or does anyone know why I can't clear the code?

We are lucky here in TX, we can still pass with one system set to "not ready" Im still going to wait a while though. Its my DD and I dont want to annoy the wife with the loud sounds lol. She put up with my Skunk2 header/exhaust on my FA5, but that was too loud once we had a kid.

The U is weird, I've only ever seen P codes. 301 is usually misfire in cylinder 1, but if you're not low on power that won't be the case. Have you tried resetting the codes and seeing if it comes back?

same here, but it actually works in my favor: I'll have a garage to do the install myself, and the county ill be in allows for one not-ready.

It won't let me reset the code. If I hit clear in the error menu nothing happens

Is the key in on position with the engine off? It should be sitting there like you're going to flash a tune, then clear codes. Correct me if I'm wrong but the codes will not clear with the engine on or only in ACC mode.

I have an EX-L with push start so i thought it could only be engine on or ACC mode, and I flashed the ecu in acc mode

I think we're calling it two different things. It could very well be ACC, i mean two presses on the button, no engine on. Sorry man, sounds like you've tried all this already, that's about all I've got.

I am going to stick with them. I knew going into it that a catted version may be later out the door. If it is a lot longer, a deeper discount on the full CAI may keep me praising them.
