I love the tune, thank you very much. My AFR fluctuates between 14.5 to 15.5 when I am sitting and when I switch gears it spikes to 20 something for a split sec then goes back down to low 14 high 13 when I hit the gas again. Is this all normal? I am new to tuning cars. Been meaning to ask people what ideal AFR numbers should be.

Love this tune! I have run it a couple weeks now! Its awesome. I have seen a max 26psi on this tune.

I installed my Ktuner + TSP Stage 1 tune today and its freaking amazing.
It change the whole car and jesus the rev hang is gone.

I think the Map 3 pulls really hard , 26PSI peek , but the stock clutch barely holding it.
I will be running Map 2 for now.

I also installed the TunerView app and its dope !

For those running the TSP stage 1 tune on Hondata, what kind of max PSI are you seeing in sport mode? For reference, my consistently peaks at 23PSI.

I purchased the tune a week or so after it came available. I have kept it on Map 3 this entire time. I have not noticed a problem with the clutch.
What do you mean it is barely holding it? Do you have other bolt ons?

I have the PRL Stage 1 intake, the rest of the car is stock.

My clutch is barely holding Map 3 , sometimes i can do a pull and everything is fine and the other pull after i can feel that the clutch is slipping a bit, the RPM hang for a sec then goes up. I don't do pulls under 3.5K rpms in every gear.

I can probably run Map 3 all the time, but i think it will wear out the clutch freaking fast.
Anyway winter is coming here in Montreal, so i don't think 24PSI will be necessary...

Hi, I’m very new with the 10th gen civic and even more with turbocharged. I’m trying to learn as fast as I can, but I have a few concerns about tuning my car.

So, I just bought a 17 Civic Si, and the only mod that I’ve done is putting a 2.5” Magnaflow exhaust system, no dp nor fp. This is my daily driver and I really don’t drive it too much. I’m planning on buy the PRL CAI, and I’m considering to get the kt v1 as well.

My concern is, if I make those upgrades and start tuning my ecu, could I have any issues with the warranty? Is it required to tune the ecu with just having an intake and a bigger exhaust?

I really don’t push the car to its limits when I drive it, so I’m not really into races or anything like that, just rarely I make some pulls.

Bottom line, with all these details that I have gave you, do you recommend me to tune my ecu?

Longer answer: The dealership will give you a hard time about tuning your car if you take it in for warranty work. Do you have an extended warranty? If not then I wouldn't really worry about it. Some people get bent out of shape about it, but I dont. I dont take my car to the dealership for every whisper or squeak the car makes. I think the tune really brings out what the car can really do. I’ve also heard that you can always go back to the factory tuning. I heard this from hondata users, but recently i heard ppl from kt saying the same. I’ve just pull the trigger.

I posted a thread, but got no answer, so I thought I'd drop the question here as this is the Stage 1 thread. I would like to run the PRL Cobra CAI Race and Invidia Exhaust. I can't wait to try the Stage 1 tune using the Ktuner which along with the intake, I will be buying through TSP. However, I was wondering if there was also what might be considered an "economy" tune for commuting to try and still maintain great fuel mileage using the mods listed above? It would be nice to be able to run an economy mode and then also a Stage 1 to turn to when playing. Thanks.
